Our History
Founded in 1978 by brothers Steven and Richard, our company has always been rooted in a passion for quality craftsmanship and thoughtful homebuilding. Today, that legacy continues with Steve’s son Graham and his wife Jamie, who bring fresh vision while honoring the values the company was built on. As a smaller, family-run enterprise, we take pride in building close, collaborative relationships with our clients, ensuring every home is a true reflection of their needs and lifestyle. Specializing in eco-friendly, custom homes on Quadra Island, we’re proud to create lasting, sustainable spaces that reflect the beauty of the land and the people who call it home.
Early adopters of Insulated Concrete Forms (ICFs), we were among the first on the island to embrace this innovative building method. ICF construction offers exceptional energy efficiency, structural strength, and sound insulation—perfectly suited to the coastal climate and rugged terrain of Quadra Island.
